Terms & Conditions for Back Order
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the back order service offered by Boardgame Space ("we," "us," or "the Distributor") for tabletop games and other products available on our website. By placing a back order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Back Order Placement
1.1. Back Order Eligibility: back orders are available to all customers without the requirement of pre-payment.
1.2. Back Order Confirmation: your back order is considered final, and you will receive an order confirmation email from our system. Boardgame Space reserves the right to cancel or refuse back orders at our discretion.
2. Product Information
2.1. Product Details: information provided on our website, including product images, product descriptions, release dates, and pricing, is subject to change. We make every effort to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, or release dates until the product has officially reached our warehouse.
3. Price
3.1. Price Adjustments: certain factors like Publisher price increases may change the price of the product when it comes back in stock. We will make every effort to maintain the initially stated price, but we reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect current market conditions.
4. Binding Back Orders & Payment
4.1. No Pre-Payment: we do not require pre-payment for any back orders. Payment will only be requested once the product is in-stock and is ready to ship in your next order.
4.2. Binding Agreement: by placing a back order on our website, you acknowledge that all back orders are binding agreements. You commit to purchasing the back ordered items when they become available.
4.3. Obligation to Purchase: you are obligated to complete the purchase and provide payment for the back ordered items when they are in-stock and ready to ship. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your back order and may affect your ability to place back orders with Boardgame Space in the future.
5. Cancellation and Changes
5.1. Changes to Back Order: you may request changes to your back order, such as increasing your allocation, updating to your shipping address or contact information, by contacting your Account Representative.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. No Liability for Delays: we are not liable for any delays in product availability or delivery.

8. Adjustments of Back Orders
8.1 Cancellation: although BGS will endevour to procure all products from every back order, sometimes certain prodcuts may not arrive in our warehouse. In the event that back ordered units are insufficient, or certain products may be limited or out of stock from the Publisher, BGS reserves the right to cancel the back order without liability.
8.2 Allocation: in the rare event that BGS receives fewer units from the Publisher than the total number of orders placed, we reserve the right to allocate available units based on factors such as the order placement date and/or to evenly distribute products to all those who back ordered.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Amendments: Boardgame Space reserves the right to update and modify these Terms. We will inform you of any such changes, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on our website.
By placing a back order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your use of our back order service is subject to these Terms, and we encourage you to review them periodically in case of any changes.
