Terms & Conditions for Shipping

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use the shipping service offered by Boardgame Space ("we," "us," or "the Distributor") for tabletop games and other products available on our website. By using our shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping methods for your convenience, including but not limited to road freight, sea freight, courier freight (express and expedited). The choice of shipping method may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the products ordered.

2. Shipping Destinations:

We currently export products to the following regions:

  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries 

    • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

    • Saudi Arabia

    • Bahrain

    • Kuwait

    • Qatar

    • Oman

  • Iraq

  • Egypt

  • Lebanon

  • Jordan

  • Iran

Note: we are able to accommodate shipping to other countries upon request. Please contact our Sales Team to inquire about shipping to destinations not listed above.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package, as well as the selected shipping method. Customers will be provided with shipping cost estimates during the checkout process or upon request.

4. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance delays. Customers will be provided with estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.

5. Customs and Import Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Processing:

Orders will be processed within 2 business days upon finalizing the order. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

7. Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available upon request at an additional cost. Customers interested in acquiring shipping insurance should contact our Sales Team before finalising their order.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations in specific countries. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the importation of goods.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipment:

In the event of a damaged or a lost shipment, customers should contact our Sales Team or Raise a Ticket immediately, to initiate a claims process. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

10. Order Tracking:

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our Sales Team for assistance.

11. Returns and Exchanges:

Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on returning or exchanging products purchased from our warehouse.
